Perimenopause and menopause are natural transitions, but that doesn’t mean you have to suffer through them or “just deal with it.” Many women go through this stage feeling confused, dismissed, or unsure of what’s happening in their bodies.
I understand this deeply. I’m also in this season of life, and I know there is a better, more supported way forward. This consultation is designed to help you understand what’s changing in your body, why you’re experiencing these symptoms, and what you can do to restore balance, energy, and confidence in your health.
You may be experiencing:
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep pushing through on your own.
My goal is to help your body work the way it was designed to. We look at the full picture, including your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and lab work. From there, we create a personalized plan to help you feel steady, supported, and strong again.
Some women come looking for clarity and guidance. Others are ready for a deeper, more comprehensive approach that includes ongoing support. Both are valid, and during this process, we’ll determine what level of care best fits your needs.
What to Expect
After your consultation request is reviewed, you will receive a detailed intake form, instructions to upload any recent labs, imaging, or relevant medical records, and an invoice for payment.
I personally review everything ahead of time so I can understand your full history, symptoms, and goals before we meet. If needed, I may recommend additional testing before your visit so our time together can be focused on answers and building your plan, not starting from scratch.
During Your Consultation, We Focus On:
My goal is for you to leave feeling informed, supported, and clear on what to do next.
About Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
HRT can be a safe and effective option for many women, but it is never one-size-fits-all. Together, we will review your symptoms, goals, and medical history to determine whether HRT is appropriate for you. If indicated, we’ll discuss options such as patches, creams, or oral therapies and choose what best fits your body and your lifestyle.
If HRT is not the right choice, we will explore non-hormonal strategies to support your health and relieve symptoms. The focus is always the same: helping you feel like yourself again, with more clarity, energy, and confidence in your body.
You’re Not Alone in This Season
This phase of life can feel uncertain, but it can also become a time of clarity, growth, and renewed strength. With the right support, you can move through this transition feeling informed, empowered, and in control of your health again.
Important to Know
I work with a limited number of patients so I can provide thoughtful, individualized care. Every consultation request is personally reviewed to ensure we are a good fit to work together. This also helps determine the most appropriate way to support you, whether through a one-time consultation or ongoing care.
If you’ve been told this is something you just have to live with, but you know there has to be a better way, there is. If you’re ready to understand your body and take a more intentional approach to this stage of life, I will be honored to work with you.

At this time, testosterone therapy is available only for patients located in Florida, with plans to expand to additional states in the future.
