I do not work with any insurance; I work directly with you.  This allows me to focus on delivering personalized, high-quality care without the constraints of insurance requirements. Patients pay directly for services, ensuring transparency and a simplified process.

While I provide comprehensive virtual consulting, I recommend maintaining care with a primary care doctor who is part of your health insurance network. Patients need an in-person physical exam at least once a year, as well as access to care for medical needs that require hands-on evaluation. Currently, I do not offer in-person visits.

Virtual visits are conducted via a secure, user-friendly platform.

In-person visits are available on a limited basis. If you’re interested, you can indicate this in your consultation request.

This is a common question. I have seen how the influence of the health insurance industry has shaped our healthcare system, often resulting in rushed, impersonal, and overly complicated experiences. Your medical records will not be shared with any third party unless you specifically request us to do so or in the case of a subpoena or search warrant issued to Dalian MD.

Medicare patients are not accepted at this time due to federal regulations.
