Dalian Caraballo MD

I’m a board-certified family physician, a lifelong learner, and a passionate advocate for health, personal growth, nutrition, fitness, faith, and medicine. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, I moved to the U.S. in 2009. I’m a wife to my incredible husband, Rolando, a proud mom to our beautiful daughter, Penelope, and a dog mom to our fur baby, Teddy. Outside of medicine, I enjoy reading, gardening, watching sunsets, and discovering new coffee shops—simple moments that keep me grounded.

For over 15 years, my mission as a doctor has been to serve my patients in the best way possible. Early in my career, I saw the challenges of traditional healthcare—long wait times, rushed visits, and a system focused more on managing symptoms than identifying root causes. I knew there had to be a better way. In 2017, that realization led me to establish my direct primary care practice, where I could take the time to truly listen, build meaningful relationships, and uncover the underlying factors affecting my patients' health.

Over time, I realized that traditional medicine alone wasn’t enough. Prescriptions and quick fixes only scratched the surface—they didn’t get to the root or help build lasting wellness. This understanding inspired me to expand my approach, blending medical science with lifestyle, mindset, and preventive strategies. I'm expanding my training in areas like functional medicine, obesity care, brain health, nutrition, menopause & perimenopause care, and health/life coaching to better support my patients' overall wellness. My goal is to find and address the root causes of health issues, and to offer personalized guidance that helps patients improve their metabolism, protect their brain, balance hormones, and prevent disease.

My focus is more than just treating illness—I help my patients build lasting health so they can truly thrive and enjoy their lives.
