Hi, I’m Dr. Dalian. I’m a board-certified family physician who believes that true health goes far beyond prescriptions and lab results. It’s about how we live, think, eat, move, rest, and navigate the different seasons of life.
I was born and raised in Puerto Rico and moved to the U.S. in 2009 to pursue my medical training. I’m a wife to my husband, Rolando, a proud mom to our daughter, Penelope, and a dog mom to Teddy. Outside of medicine, I enjoy reading, gardening, watching sunsets, discovering new coffee shops, and connecting through thoughtful conversations online. These simple moments help keep me grounded and present.
For over 15 years, my work as a physician has been guided by a desire to serve patients well. Early in my career, I saw the limitations of traditional healthcare. Visits were often rushed, symptoms were managed without enough context, and many patients left without a clear understanding of what was really driving their health concerns. I knew there had to be a better way.
In 2017, I founded my practice using a direct primary care model, allowing me to work directly with patients rather than insurance companies. This created space for deeper conversations, meaningful relationships, and care that focused on the whole person, not just a diagnosis.
As my practice evolved, it became clear that many patients needed more than traditional primary care alone. They needed guidance that addressed metabolic health, hormones, brain health, lifestyle, and mindset alongside medical treatment. This led me to expand my training in functional medicine, weight and metabolic care, nutrition, brain health, menopause and perimenopause care, and health and life coaching.
In 2025, I became an Elite Brain Health Certified Clinician through Amen University, completed advanced hormone replacement therapy training for perimenopause through Hirsch Academy, and began formal training with the Institute of Functional Medicine. These steps reflected the needs I was seeing every day in my patients and the direction my practice was naturally moving.
What began as a full-scope primary care practice has grown into something more focused and intentional. Today, my work centers on metabolic health, chronic disease prevention, hormone optimization, brain health, and sustainable lifestyle change. My approach is rooted in identifying root causes, not quick fixes, and helping patients build habits and strategies that support long-term health.
Care is primarily delivered through telemedicine, offering flexibility and accessibility, with in-person visits available through home and travel appointments when appropriate. This model allows me to meet patients where they are and provide care that fits their lives, priorities, and goals.
My focus is not just on treating illness, but on helping people build lasting health so they can feel better, think clearly, and fully enjoy their lives.
